I have been helping my clients realize their health and fitness goals since 2000. I am certified through one of the most respected certification schools in the world -- International Sports Sciences Association (I.S.S.A). I am also in the process of obtaining a degree in Exercise Science, as well as another fitness certification from the American Council on Exercise (AC.E.) I keep abreast of the fitness industry by taking nutrition, health, weight training, and fitness college courses. I also read A.C.E. journals, books, magazines and fitness articles to stay up-to-date in the industry. My main objective is to ensure that all of my clients receive the best training possible so that they can maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle for the rest of their lives.
We provide sessions primarily in Verrado, but can travel.
